At CrossFit Chamblee, we train for these things by doing these things! As we get stronger and fitter, everyday life becomes easier. And as we get older, we maintain a higher, healthier quality of life.

Absolutely not! We can meet you where you are today, no matter your fitness level.
As part of the onboarding process for new members, we assess every aspect of your current strength and ability level. Then, we help you find the right modifications for every movement, so that you get a great workout every time you walk in the door. As you level up in your fitness over time, you’ll be able to take on more challenging variants of the workouts if you desire.
When you start at CrossFit Chamblee, your fitness level will improve quickly, usually in the first 30 days. The key to seeing results is consistency and commitment over time, so that’s why we recommend 3 classes per week as a start!
Yes! We can provide coaching on eating right and sleeping well, which can help maximize energy levels-getting you maximum results for your effort and investment.

If you’re a beginner and just starting out, then 2-4 times per week will be enough to see results and allow you to adapt quickly.
You’ll be sore some days, so allow yourself recovery days between training sessions at first-over the course of the following months, work up towards 4-5 days per week if you want to maximize your gains!
We feature exciting, challenging and varied programming seven days a week. There’s no pattern or repetitiveness, which keeps things fun and engaging year round! Our daily workouts are published in advance through our app, SugarWOD.
Some days are more strength focused, where we’ll focus on our lifts. Movements like barbell squats, kettlebell swings and occasionally some Olympics lifts will be included.
Other days, we may focus more on cardio & conditioning with rowers, bikes and jump ropes. Some days are focused on body weight movements like push-ups, sit-ups, and pull-ups. Some days are a mix of everything!
Each class is led by expert, CrossFit L1 certified instructors. We always start together with a group warm-up designed to gradually prepare your body for the workout of the day (“WOD”).
The coach will brief the group on the workout, the movements, and the proper form. During the workout, your coach will be guiding and providing instruction.
At the end of class, we’ll cool down together to accelerate recovery and reduce potential soreness. High fives, fist bumps, and smiles all around!
